Maurice earned his Master of Arts (MA) from the Royal College of Art and a first-class bachelor's degree from the Glasgow School of Art, where he won numerous awards for his theoretical work and drawing. After his education, for many years he designed and oversaw the construction of high-profile, award-winning projects while working for Sir David Chipperfield, Michael Wilford CBE, and Stephen Hodder MBE.
In 2003 he established his studio in the Northern Quarter of Manchester City centre with a clear intention: to develop and explore a personal philosophy of architecture. To build.
The practice tends to attract creative clients who have a strong desire to build something exceptional. Maurice's work is published globally by magazines such as The Architects Journal, Dezeen and Building Design.
